Our flavors are authentic because we use ingredients imported directly from Mexico, including real piquín chilis, artisanal chamoy, natural tamarind, and traditional Mexican fruits like pitaya.

Our spice levels range from 0 (no spice) to 5 (very spicy). Most of our products are mild to medium level (1-3). We always indicate the spice level on our menu with chili icons 🌶️. For beginners, we recommend starting with our ice creams (level 0-1) or asking for no-chili versions.

Yes! We have several vegan options like our mangonadas (made only with fruit, vegan chamoy and ice), and some of our smoothies. We also offer gluten-free options, including most of our ice creams and drinks. Always ask us about specific ingredients if you have allergies.

Absolutely! We can adjust the spice level, remove ingredients like chili or tamarind, add extra toppings, or change portion sizes. We can also make special versions for events or celebrations. Just tell us what you prefer and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

We accept cash and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay for convenience. We currently don't accept checks.

Most of our products are prepared in 5-10 minutes. Ice creams and cold products are ready immediately, while fresh mangoladas and smoothies may take a few more minutes. For large orders (more than 10 items), we recommend calling 30 minutes ahead.

We're located at 807 High Point St Unit H, Randleman, NC 27317. We're about 20 minutes from Greensboro, 10 minutes from Asheboro, and 15 minutes from High Point. Look for Randleman Middle School - we're right across from it, next to Waffle House. Free parking is available directly in front of our store.

We recommend following Google Maps directions for best accuracy. Generally, take I-85 South toward Charlotte and follow the directions to Randleman. Look for Randleman Middle School as a landmark.
