What is it?

It's basically corn kernels served hot like hot dogs, but Mexican-style with mayo, cheese, chili and lime. It's super popular Mexican street food - imagine Tajรญn spices but on hot, creamy corn. Think of it as Mexican-style loaded corn - comfort food that's both familiar and exotic.

Full description

The 'cup version' of the famous Mexican street corn. Sweet corn kernels freshly shucked and heated to perfection, served in a cup with creamy Hellmann's mayonnaise, generous authentic crumbled cotija cheese, piquรญn chili that gives the perfect spicy touch, and fresh squeezed lime. All mixed so every bite has all the flavors. It's like eating street corn but easier and without getting your hands messy. Perfect for sharing or as an individual snack.

What makes it special?

We're the only ones in Randleman serving authentic Mexican corn. We import real cotija cheese from Mexico - we don't use American cheese like other places.

Our story

Inspired by the eloteros (corn vendors) that Graciela remembers from her childhood in Mexico. The 'cup version' was invented to make corn easier to eat without getting messy, especially popular with workers eating quickly during lunch break.

Additional comments

Many customers order it as 'Mexican corn cup' because they don't know how to say elote. It's become very popular for event catering because it's easy to serve and eat.

"Every product we serve carries my family's love and tradition. It's more than food - it's our cultural heritage."

- Graciela Galvan
