What is it?

Imagine premium vanilla ice cream but with the nostalgic flavor of cookies your grandma always had at home. It's like 'cookies and cream' but Mexican-grandma version, with cinnamon and condensed milk that makes it super creamy and comforting. Think snickerdoodle meets tres leches.

Full description

A tribute to Grandma Rosa, who inspired this family recipe. We start with creamy HERSHEY'S vanilla ice cream as the base, then add La Lechera condensed milk for that perfect sweetness, freshly ground Mexican cinnamon that brings warmth and nostalgia, and crushed MarΓa cookies for crunchy texture. Served with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon on top and decorated with a whole MarΓa cookie. It's like receiving a grandma's hug in ice cream form.

What makes it special?

It's the only ice cream shop in North Carolina making this specific combination. The Mexican cinnamon is imported directly and has a sweeter, more complex flavor than regular American cinnamon.

Our story

Grandma Rosa was famous in her MichoacΓ‘n neighborhood for her desserts. She wrote this recipe in a notebook that Graciela inherited. Every summer, Rosa made this homemade ice cream to cool the whole family during hot afternoons.

Additional comments

Only available in summer because that's when Grandma Rosa used to make it. Many customers ask for it in winter, but we maintain the tradition.

"Every product we serve carries my family's love and tradition. It's more than food - it's our cultural heritage."

- Graciela Galvan
